At Emiratian, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or customized products
• Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
